Leona Greene Ballew , 92, of April Valley Assisted Living, formerly of Glassy Mountain Road, died March 6, 2004, at Cannon Memorial Hospital. She was the widow of Edgar Ballew.
She was a member of Ebenezer-Welcome Baptist Church, Landrum.
Surviving are a grandson and his wife, and two great-grandchildren,all of Greenville.
She was predeceased by a son, Dick Ballew.
Graveside services were held at Ebenezer-Welcome Baptist Church cemetery, conducted by the Rev. Steven Stone.
Visitation was immediately following the service in the cemetery. -- The Wood Mortuary Inc., Greer, SC.
