Theodore A. Bohn was born Feb. 7, 1909, near Elkton, Minn., to Simon and Josephine (Wiste) Bohn.

He was baptized and confirmed at Marshall Lutheran Church near Adams. He graduated from Elkton High School. On May 27, 1937, he married Anna Wallem at the Little Brown Church in Nashua, Iowa. They lived near Elkton until moving to Mason City, Iowa, in 1949.

He was heavy equipment operator for Lehigh Portland Cement Company until retiring in May, 1971. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and the Moose Lodge in Mason City.

He passed away very suddenly at his home Jan. 3, 1972.

Services were held at Major Memorial Chapel at 10 a.m. Jan. 6 with Rev. Lavern Hanson officiating and at 1:30 at Marshall Lutheran Church were Pastor Hanson along with the Rev. Wayne Quibell, pastor of Marshall Church officiated. Burial was in Marshall Church Cemetery. Pallbearers were Joris Ramseth, Jake Laskewick, Glen Hanson, Richard Cook, Otis Jorstad, Paul Largent.

Mr. Bohn is survived by his wife, one daughter, Judith, at home; two sons, Sheldon of Mason City, and James of St. Paul; one sister, Mrs. O. T. (Helen) Anderson, Adams.
