EMERT, BENJAMIN DENNIS , 42, of Louisville, passed away Monday, January 1, 2007 in Miami, FL. He was an owner of The Die Shop Inc. He was preceded in death by his parents. Jessie and Rosemary Emert; and his brother, Jessie Emert Jr. He is survived by his wife, the former Theresa Lee; daughter, Lindsay; sons, Benjamin Tyler and Timothy Dennis; sister, Janice Jones; brothers, Patrick Haines and Kevin Brown; niece, Cindy Brown; nephew, Jason Emert; and other nieces, nephews and many beloved friends. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Monday at Evergreen Funeral Home, with burial in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be 3-8 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Kosair Charities.
