Died in Arkansas:
Mrs. Sarah M. Gladney, wife of the late R. J. Gladney, died at her home in Pine Bluff, Ark., on May 23, 1900. She was in her 82 year. She leaves one son, James Shields Gladney of Columbia, SC and two daughters (both single), who live in Pine Bluff.
One brother, Mr. James Harden, who lives on Jackson Creek, in this county. She was a member of the old Lebanon (stone) Presbyterian Church on Jackson Creek for a number of years before moving to Arkansas with her husband and daughters.
