FORTSON, Evelyn C., 95 of Seminole, FL passed away on Friday, November 11, 2016. Evelyn was born on November 6, 1921 in Kelley Town (McDonough) Georgia to the late George Pierce & Mary Elizabeth (Hicks) Crumbley, Sr. She moved to this area in 1956 coming from Macon, GA. Evelyn and her late husband, Charles, retired from owning the Castaways Motel on North Redington Beach. She enjoyed playing cards, cooking and spending time with her family and friends. Evelyn was predeceased by her parents, loving husband Charles L Fortson, a foster son Alfredo Lugioyo, great grandson Logan Martinez and two brothers George P Crumbley, Jr. & Victor W Crumbley. She is survived by son George Allen (Cecilia) Fortson, three daughters Diane F (Barry) Jackson, Gayle F (Dan) Morrison & Debra F (Reggie) Skillman and daughter in law Liz Lugioyo along with ten grandchildren Rachel Jackson, Carrie (Steve) Padgett, Susan (Aaron) Fortson-Gardner, Brian (Johanna) Nolan, Danielle (Bill) Webber, Sarah (Andy Childers) Nolan, Abram Lugioyo, Brian Lugioyo, Kevin Lugioyo and Daniel Lugioyo along with eight great-grandchildren . Memorial contributions may be offered to Suncoast Hospice, 5771 Roosevelt Blvd, Clearwater, FL 33760. Funeral Services will be Thursday, November 17, 2016 at 11 am at Faith Community Church, 11501 Walker Avenue, Seminole, FL 33772. Burial will follow in Serenity Gardens Memorial Park of Largo, FL.
