Betty Lee Bollinger of Wewoka, passed away Sunday, November 13th, 2016 at the age of 74 years. She was born September 11, 1942 in Bentonville, Arkansas to the late Lloyd Day and June Tallant Carlson.

Betty enjoyed crocheting, camping, canning, puzzles, and spending time with her family and friends. She dedicated 36 years of her life to her job at the Oakridge Home in Wewoka. She loved each and everyone one of her patients and coworkers.

Preceding Betty in death are her parents, brothers Lee Warren Day, George Day, one sister Martha Marie Day, one grandson Shane Bollinger.

Survivors include Sherman Bollinger and wife Michelle of Wewoka, OK, Sheila Smith and husband Core of Houston, TX, and Steven Bollinger and wife Ronnica of Wewoka, OK, grandchildren; Stephanie Ross of Canyon, TX, Susan Jay of Konawa, OK, Shannon Jay of Cleveland, Ohio, Mariah Parker of Wetumka, OK, Samara Smith of Houston, TX and Alicia Bollinger of Wewoka, and Addisyn Bollinger of Wewoka, OK and seven great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral Service will be 1:00 p.m. Wednesday November 16, 2016 at Stout-Phillips Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Tommy Azlin officiating and burial to follow at Tate Mountain Cemetery, Wewoka, OK.

Pallbearers are Kevin Anderson, Curtis Ligon, Chad Smith, Matt Cone, Michael Rutledge and Jimbo Calvert.

Honorary Pallbearers are Dutchess Cone and Kay Parsons.

Services are under the direction of Stout-Phillips Funeral Home Wewoka, Oklahoma.
