Tabor, James "Jim",

James "Jim" Tabor, 81, of Fairdale, Kentucky passed away on Saturday, November 12, 2016. He was born in Leitchfield, Kentucky on January 17, 1935 to the late Charles Tabor and Evelyn Peyton. He was retired from National Linen Company. Jim was a member of Fairdale Baptist Church and was a Mason with Leitchfield Lodge 236.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by a brother, Charles Tabor.

James is survived by his beloved wife of 26 years, Wanda A. Tabor; children, Kevin Charles (Teresa) Tabor, Allen (Kelly) Tabor, Jamie Tabor, Eric (Lisa) Armstrong and Brenda (Troy) Simpson; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; a sister, Norma Jean Webb; and a host of other family members and friends.

Funeral Ceremony will be 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home, Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Hwy with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until service time on Wednesday at the funeral home.
