Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Goldie Sather and Mrs. Mabel Miller of Auburn, Mrs. Laura Powell of Maxwell and a son, William Brown, of Paskenta. Twelve grandchildren and nine great grandchildren also survive. Brown was a member of Rhode Island Lodge No. 12, I.O.O.F., of Newport, and also a member of Weenat Shassitt Tribe Improved Order of Redman, Hunting Grounds of Newport.
