Joseph K. Hobson, 76, R.R. 9 E. State Blvd. died at 12:30 a.m. yesterday in the Grace Convalescent Home where he had been a patient for two weeks.
A life long Allen County resident, Mr. Hobson and his brother Oscar operated a small dairy farm for many years until the brother's death 10 years ago. Mr. Hobson continued working as a farmer until his retirement three years ago.
Surviving are a brother, Edward A. Hobson, Fort Wayne, four nieces and two nephews.
