Mr. Morgan was preceded in death by his parents, William and Ellen Morgan; three brothers, Albert, Clarence and Bill; two sisters, Betty and Evelyn; previous spouse, Donna Morgan; one son, Leonard Melvin. He is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Frances Morgan; six daughters, Linda Morgan, Frances (Tim) Noreen, Patricia (Rich) Wagner, Pamela (Jack) Dixon, Lynn Arthur and Dovie Hall; one son, Darrell (Teri) Morgan; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; two brothers, Jerry Morgan (Henrietta) and Leonard Morgan (Arlene); extended family and many friends. The family will receive friends at Prattville Memorial on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Frank was raised in the Littlerock Washington area. He went to school in Littlerock and the Delphi area near Olympia. He rode his horse to school. He was born in Central Park, Aberdeen Washington. He was a logger in his early years, then he operated a tree farmer which took the place of his large chain saw, and then, in later years he operated heavy equipment to build logging roads and apartment complex and mobile home roads. He loved family. He loved the holidays and in his twenties he loved having a good wrestling match with his younger brothers, and it always ended with his mother tossing all the boys out of the house. Frank and his brothers had this contest they did where they lifted boulders to see who was the strongest. Frank and his brother Leonard were darn strong. That was before weights became popular. Frank was an avid hunter and fisherman. Back in the day the deer and elk he hunted helped feed his family. He bred hounds for a short time for hunting. He raised and butchered his own beef and pork through the years, and raised big beautiful vegetable gardens with our mothers help. He loved his horses and dogs. He learned the art of being a farrier so he could shoe his own horses. He shared his passion of horses and animals with his children. His daughters, grandchildren and great grandchildren still have his love of horses. One daughter still rides and trains to this day and the another daughter is a barefoot trimmer and trainer. He spent quality time camping with his family in the Olympic Mountains, Mount St Helen's, Mount Rainier and at the Pacific Ocean. Barbecuing oysters and clams, he loved his seafood. It was said that he could keep a car running with baling wire and tape. He taught his sons basic auto mechanics. His eldest son became a diesel mechanic while serving in the army in Vietnam. He met the love of his life in Virginia. His beloved wife Fran, who as it happened had the same first name as he, "Francise." We all thought their relationship was meant to be.
