RALPH E. TOURNADE, 59, of Tampa, died Tuesday. A native and lifelong resident of the Tampa Bay area, he was a retired machinist for the Tampa Electric Co. He is survived by his wife, Marcella; three sons, Patrick G. and David J., both of Tampa, and Michael E. of Cocoa; two daughters, Deborah T. Scarborough of Tampa and Marlene A. of Brooksville; one brother, William G., Jr. of Tampa.; and three grandchildren. [Served in the US Air Force - 15 Feb 1949-14 Oct 1952]
