Vincent Scarano was the son of Nicolo and Maria Michele (Dell Anno) Scarano. He was born Monte Sant'Angelo, Italy. He was the husband of Josephine (Cerro) Scarano. They immigrated to America May 6, 1930 on the Ship Conte Biancamano. Josephine died in 1970. Vincent died of a stroke and was a pipe fitter at the Paper Mill at the time of his death. His death certificate was signed by Dr. Tillema.
