She attended grade school in Protem and Mark Twain. She graduated high school in Hollister, Mo. in 1958. After high school, she moved to Hood River Oregon where she met and married Cliff Brumfield, they were blessed with 2 sons. They lived there for approximately 7 years, and returned home to be with all their families. Cacky, as we all knew her was a very happy and upbeat person, she loved to read and raise beautiful flowers. She loved her family so much. Her grandchildren were often on her mind and they meant more to her than anyone will ever know. She worked and retired from Skaggs Community Hospital. She also worked at The Forsyth Flower Cottage. She accepted Christ as her Savior at an early age and was a member of Riverview Bible Baptist Church in Forsyth, Mo.
She is survived by her son Mark and wife Paula of Nixa, sister Susie Sims of Taneyville, sister in law Jeanette Davis and Brother in law Dale Braden, 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. and a host of nieces and nephews She was preceded in death by her parents Clifton and Beulah Davis, Husband Cliff and Son Kelly.
She will be missed by her family and a host of friends.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Oct. 29, 2016 at11:00 AM at Riverview Bible Baptist Church in Forsyth, MO. Visitation will be on Friday, Oct. 28 from 6 to 8PM at Whelchel Grace Funeral Home. Burial at Milum Cemetery, Lead Hill, AR
