Mrs. Annie Ida Bittorf, 74, widow of the late John Bittorf, died this morning at her home, 1712 North Wisconsin street, following a long illness. She was born in Germany and came to this country as an infant with her parents, the late Mr. and Mrs. John Schneider. Her husband preceded her in death on March 18 of this year.
Surviving are four sons, John of Beloit, Edward, William and Arthur or Racine; one daughter, Mrs. Arthur Schwartz of Kenosha; 16 grandchildren.
The body may be viewed at Dahl's Funeral home Wednesday afternoon and evening. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at Dahl's with the Rev. G.W. Genszler officiating. Burial will be in Mound cemetery.
