Elmina,s 2nd marriage would have made her surname Heer. The stone only shows Martin. Only one surname can be used in the listing box, I have chosen Martin to match the stone picture. Whether I choose Martin or Heer, someone will complain it is incorrect.

Mrs. Albert Heer

Funeral service took place Thursday at St. Jacobs Mennonite church for Mrs. Albert Heer of St. Jacobs. She died at her home last Monday at the age of 66.

Rev. Glenn Brubacher officiated. Burial was in the St. Jacobs Mennonite cemetery.

The former Elmina Lichty. she was born in Woolwich township, a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. George Lichty.

Surviving besides her husband are two sons, Willis and Curtis Martin: three daughters, Mrs. Willis (Vera) Weber, Mrs. Floyd (Lorna) Shantz and Mrs. Mabel Shyder; two step-daughters, Mrs. Emanuel (Mary) Metzger and Mrs. Ronald (Reta) Garner; one brother, David Lichty of Waterloo and 29 grand- children. She was predeceased by her first husband, Elam Martin, one son, four brothers and a sister.
