Michael Jason Mize, 39, passed away Wednesday, October 19, 2016 as the result of an accident. He was born November 21, 1976, to Ruben and Betty McAnally Mize. He worked for North American Pipe and was a member of The Vineyard. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, Ole Miss football and spending time with his children.
A Celebration of Life will be at 3:00 P.M. Saturday, Ocotber 22, 2016, at The Vineyard with Bro. Tracey Arnold an Bro. John Stacy officiating. Burial will be in Tuscumbia Cemetery.
He is survived by one daughter, Makalie Faith Mize; two sons, Micah Eli Mize and Ruben Malachi Mize; his mother and step-father, Betty and John Findley; two sisters, Lisa (Wayne) Walls and Teresa (Randy) Miles; one brother, Jeff (Sherry) Mize; and a host of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ruben Mize; and his grandparents, William Clifton and Giffie Flanaghan Mize, and Olen and Earnestine Henderson McAnally.
Pallbearers are Patrick Miles, Andy Houston, Nathan Goodin, Josh Kennedy, Craig Mize and Cody Mize.
Visitation will be Friday from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at McMillan Funeral Home and Saturday from 12:00 P.M. until service time at the church.
