Daughter of John and Susannah (Mock) Taylor of Muskingum County, Ohio. Sister of Harrison, Griffith and George Taylor. Married Jacob B. Spicer February 26, 1846 in Muskingum County, Ohio.

All her children died in infancy. Tombstone inscription next to their graves reads: "Children of J.S. & A.A. Spicer. Our little ones sleep sweetly here."
