Johnie Albert Warren, age 78, of Rentz, passed away on Tuesday, October 18, 2016.
Services will be held at 11:00AM on Thursday, October 20, 2016 at Baker Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Gay Family Cemetery. Rev. Joey Diers and Jeff Handley will officiate.
Mr. Warren was born in Laurens County and was a member of Baker Baptist Church. He spent most of his life farming and helping others. He was a loving father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He was preceded in death by his parents, John Harvey and Essie Mae Warren; brothers, Anniel Warren, Thomas Etheridge Warren, Eldridge Warren, and Tommy Elbert Warren; sisters, Christine Warren, Fay Gay, Metty Whitehead, and Audie Lee Herndon.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Thursday at Baker Baptist Church. They may also be contacted at the home of Todd and Audrey Coleman.
