Pauline Ryals, 83, of Calhoun, passed away Saturday, October 15, 2016 at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, IN.
Pauline was born on April 30, 1933, the daughter of William "Billy" Effie (Thomas) Runyon. She married Victor Ryals in 1951. He preceded her in death on January 7, 1973.
Pauline enjoyed cooking, reading, and watching TV. She loved her grandkids and her family. She babysat often for families in Calhoun; she loved them and they loved her.
Pauline is survived by her son, Sam Ryals of Olney; daughter, Patricia Meador of Mena, AR; two grandchildren and 25 step-grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; brother, Larry Runyon and wife Donna of Olney; brother, Donald Runyon of Colorado Springs, CO; sister, Elsie Seaton of Catlin, IL; sister, Helen Harris and husband Bob of West Salem, IL; daughters-in-law, Donna Ryals and Ruthie Ryals; sisters-in-law, Kate Runyon and Juanita Runyon; and several nieces and nephews.
Pauline was preceded in death by her parents; husband; sons, Johnny, Ricky, and Brian Ryals; daughter, Mary Grace; sister, Oma Seaton; four brothers, Roscoe, James, Harry, and Richard Runyon; and son-in-law, Don Meador.
