Larry Warren McDowell, 66, of State Route 104, Lucasville, Ohio passed 3:15 p.m. Thursday, October 13, 2016 at the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, Columbus, Ohio.
He was born June 28, 1950 in Lucasville, Ohio, the son of the late James Paul McDowell and Hazel (Pratt) McDowell. On September 15, 1968 Larry was united in marriage to Linda (Gaines) McDowell who survives.
Also surviving are his three sons, six grandchildren, a great-granddaughter, four brothers and three sisters and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother-in-law, Raymond O'Brien.
Larry was a retired quality inspector for the United States Enrichment Corporation, Piketon, Ohio.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 18, 2016 at the Boyer Funeral Home in Waverly with Rev. Buddy Brabson, officiating. Burial will follow in Mound Cemetery, Piketon, Ohio.
Friends may call at the Boyer Funeral Home 4-8 p.m. Monday and from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service on Tuesday.
