Nicholasville, Ky., Aug.26 Special-
Thomas Rankin Guyn, 80, senior partner of Guyn, Kurtz and Hager Funeral Home here, died at his home at 2:30 p.m. today after a long illness.
A native of Woodford County, he served as Jessamine County judge from 1930 to 1950. He was an officer of the Nicholasville Presbyterian Church and a member of the Masonic Lodge.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Olive Bruner Guyn, two daughters, Mrs. Robert Ford, Alexandria, Ind., and Miss Ruth Guyn, Nicholasville; a sister, Mrs. W. D. Betts, Nicholasville, and a grandson, Thomas Ford, Alexandria, Ind.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Monday at the Guyn, Kurtz and Hager Funeral Home by the Rev. George Fletcher. Burial will be in the Maple Grove Cemetery. The body is at the funeral home.
