Mary Catherine Bergman, 93, 277 W. 500 N, Bryant, passed away Wednesday morning in Persimmon Ridge Healthcare in Portland. She was born in Bryant on Sept. 30, 1923, the daughter of Oren and Minnie (Huey) Bergman. She had worked as a cook for Breezeway Restaurant, Nursing Homes and other area restaurants.

Surviving are two daughters;

She was preceded in death by a son, Richard Hough; four brothers, and two sisters.

Funeral services will be Friday at 3 p.m. in the Baird-Freeman Funeral Home with Pastor Joe Hines presiding. Burial will follow in the Gravel Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 1-3 p.m.
