Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home with Dr. Carl Lueg officiating. Burial will follow in the Memorial Park Cemetery.
A native of Shreveport, Mr. Agnew had lived in Monroe most of his life. He was a veteran of World War II, member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 1809, and a member of the First United Methodist Church of Monroe.
He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Ruth Agnew; one son, D. L. III; one daughter, Anna Louise Agnew; one brother, Thomas C. Agnew; and his parents, Mr. and Mrs. D. L. Agnew, all of Monroe.
