Kae was preceded in death by her husband Donald Bailey, daughter Gail Bailey, and granddaughter, Celia Kelly. Kae is survived by her daughters Kim Brown and Joan Kelly. Her Sister, Joan Stretke, six grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at Bonney-Watson Washington Memorial Park and Mortuary in SeaTac on Saturday October 15, 2016 a 1:00 PM. Reception to follow.
