McCUTCHEON, Ivan Elmer - Of Wiarton, in his 91st year, passed away at Gateway Haven on Sunday, October 1st, 2006. Loving husband and best friend of Maria Kiernan Smith. Father of Kevin of Owen Sound, Randy (Anna) of Hamilton, Meredith (Keith) of Oliphant and Marc (Kim) Smith of Hamilton. Sadly missed by brothers Morgan (Sally) of Burlington and Francis (Jean) of Florida, sisters-in-law Blanche McCutcheon and Marie McCutcheon, grandchildren Shantell (Kent) McTeer, Jason McCutcheon, Dale (Meaghan) McCutcheon, Shawn Ball, Carol (Mark) Goulet, Debbie (Greg) Blokland, Melanie (Rich) Leaver, twelve great- grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his first wife Audrey Menary in 2002 as well as brothers Robert, Stanley, Clarence, Elgin, Lloyd and Harvey. Ivan was a commodore and chief engineer for Canada Steamships Lines for 47 years. Visitation was held at the GEORGE FUNERAL HOME, Wiarton on Wednesday, October 4, 2006 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. A celebration of Ivan's life will take place at Trinity Anglican Church on Thursday October 5, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. with The Ven. Jawn Kolohon celebrating. Luncheon to follow. Interment at Eastnor Cemetery at 2:00 p.m
