On Nov. 22, 1910, he married Ella Mae Heburn, who survives with two daughters, Mrs. Albert J. (Ruth) Hammon Jr., Rome, and Mrs. Edward Kenneally, Blossvale; two sons, Alfred F. and Ernest L. Rathbun, both of Rome, and 10 grandchildren.
