Delora Myers, a resident of Sierra Vista for 52 years, passed away on Wednesday, September 28, 2016, after a long struggle with Parkinson's disease. Those who knew her know she was a much loved wife and mother and a woman of intense faith with a fierce love for her Savior, her family, and everyone she interacted with.
She is survived by her husband, William (Bill) Myers; children, Byron Myers of Sierra Vista, Mark Myers of Atlanta, GA, Lisa Margraf of Ava, MO, and Jennifer (Jenna) Miller of Tombstone, AZ; grandchildren, Benjamin Margraf, Caelan Myers, Brigit Myers, and Remington Margraf; and sister, Ladonna Bennett of Edmond, OK.
She is preceded in death by her son, Brenton Myers; mother, Roberta Lake Baker; and father, Robert Whybrew of Sierra Vista.
A funeral service will be held Wednesday, October 5, 2016, at 1:00 pm at the Veteran's Chapel located in the Southern Arizona Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Sierra Vista, AZ. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 4, 2016, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Jensen's Funeral Home in Sierra Vista.
