Donna passed away on Friday September 2nd with her family by her side. She was a beloved daughter, wife, Mother, Grandmother, Great-grandmother and friend. She was born on 9/22/1925 in Salt Lake City. She later moved to Denver where she met her dear husband, Harrison (Pete) O'Brien. They were blessed with three daughters.
Donna was an intelligent, intuitive, giving woman. She created a cradle of love for her entire family. Her home was a haven of nurturing-delicious meals, great conversation, and lots of games. She was inspiring in the way she cared for everyone. She listened with an open heart and supported the best in each family member.
Her intellect and curiosity continued to grow as she aged. Donna had an amazing wit and sense of humor. Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren were blessed to spend so much time with her. Holidays and summers were marked by her hospitality.
She is survived by two of her daughters, six grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
There will be a private service with friends and family on Saturday, September 10th.
