Passed away Friday in Hickory Creek of Crawfordsville.

Son of David L. and Mary Jane Thompson Skelton.
Married Mary Fox May 28th, 1977 in Browns Valley. They later divorced.
Survivors include his parents; children Rachel (Chad) Scott and Adam (Patricia) Skelton; sisters Sarah (Jeff) Baker and Susie (Mark) Rogers; brother Sam (Karen) Skelton; grandchildren Carter Scott and Franklin Skelton.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents.

1975 graduate of Southmont High School.
Received an Associate of Science Degree from Vincennes University.

Steve was retired from the Crawfordsville Army National Guard where he received the rank of Staff Sergeant and was a member of the "Governor's 20".

Member of Browns Valley Christian Church.

He enjoyed fishing and camping.

Funeral services 11am Wednesday, October 5, in the Browns Valley Christian Church, Crawfordsville with Pastor David Finch officiating.
Visitation 4-8pm Tuesday.

Memorials donations to Browns Valley Church.
