--Lester B. Foreman, 83, Prairie Village, a former vice president of the Business Men's Assurance Co., died Dec. 13, 1993, at St. Luke's Hospital. Memorial services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday at the Village Presbyterian Church; private burial. Friends may call from 7 to 8 p.m. today at Newcomer's Overland Park Chapel. The family requests no flowers and suggests contributions to the church.
--Mr. Foreman worked for BMA for 41 years, retiring as vice-president of investments in 1972. He was a former member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of America, the Agribusiness Executive Planning Council of the Kansas City Chamber of Commerce, the Real Estate Board of Kansas City and the Prairie Village Planning Commission. He was past vice president and director of the Indian Fields Homes Association.
--He was president of the board of directors of the Kansas City council of the Camp Fire Girls. He was a Red Cross volunteer at Veterans Hospital. He was a member of People to People International and the 40 Years Ago Column Club.
--He was an elder, former clerk of the session and a member of the executive committee of the church; he served on the boards of the Classic Citizens and the Memorial Committee at the church. He was born in Clarence, Mo., and lived in this area most of his life.
--Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Clarice McIntrye Foreman of the home; a daughter, Sandra Foreman Walker, Chesterfield, Va.; a sister, Ireta M. Davis, Warsaw, Mo; and two grandsons.
