U.S. Veteran Thomas Lee Short, 73, of Lebanon, died Monday, September 26, 2016 at his home. Born in Middletown, OH on March 8, 1943 to Orville Short Jr. & Loretta (nee: Robinson) Short, he graduated from high school and served in the US Coast Guard during Vietnam. Thomas worked as a computer programmer for Mead and most recently worked for TriHealth. He enjoyed playing pool, collecting coins and researching genealogy. Thomas was also a huge Browns fan. Preceded in death by his parents and two infant brothers, survivors include two sons, Nathan and Tyler Short of Lebanon, two sisters, Deborah Smith of Lebanon and Carol Middleton (James) of Mason, and one granddaughter, Chloe Elizabeth Short. Visitation will be held Sunday, October 2nd, 2-4:00 PM, with funeral service immediately following, all at Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home, Lebanon. Graveside services will be held Monday, October 3rd, 10:00 AM, at Lebanon Cemetery.
