BLAIR – Margaret E., 102, Moxham, passed away Jan. 5, 2016, at home surrounded by her loving children. Born Jan. 1, 1914, in Patton, daughter of the late William and Mary Ellen (Yahner) Gwynn. Preceded in death by husband, Walter K. Blair; brothers, William H. Arthur H. and William Henry; sister, Martha Jane Williamson; granddaughter, Shelly Poplinski; son-in-law, Richard Weaver; and daughter-in-law, Annette (Lunt) Blair. Survived by loving children, Bette Weaver, Johnstown; Walter W. Blair, Altoona; James D. Blair; Vinco; Margaret, married to Albert Mikula, Johnstown; Judith, married to John Metzgar, Chicago; and Connie, married to Richard Poplinski; and Thomas Blair, all of Johnstown. Also survived by 16 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, seven great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Margaret was a life member of First Presbyterian Church, downtown Johnstown; retired after 30 years of service at Glosser Bros., volunteered for 30 years at St. Vincent de Paul and enjoyed spending time with her family. At the request of the family, viewing and service with the Rev. Alice Tondora will be private. Arrangements entrusted to Moskal & Kennedy Colonial Funeral Home, Moxham.
