Ripley Ny---Marguerite Eimers Averill, 79, of Skiatook, Okla., dies Wednesday, Jan. 17, 2001, at her residence.
She was born at Ripley July 22, 1921, daughter of the late Harold and Lily Eimers.
She moved to Fredonia NY with her family after WW II, then to the Tulsa, OK area. She was a homemaker and enjoyed animals.
Survivors include her husband, Edwin L. "Ned" Averill whom she married June 4, 1943; three sons, Rahland Averill and his wife, Carol of Idaho Falls, Idaho, Edwin "Bud" Averill III and his wife, Sherry of Tulsa and Gary Averill and his wife Beverly of Skiatook; a daughter Carol Beutz of Fallbrook, CA; 12 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Local arrangements were handled by the Mathews Funeral Home, Ripley.
Memorials may be made to St. Francis Hospice, 6600 Yale Ave., 350 Tulsa, OL 74136-3300, or the hospice of the donor's choice.
