May 4, 1937 - September 20, 2016 Marvin Victor Mills age 79, passed away from this life on Tuesday, September 20, 2016. He leaves his wife of 47 years, Donna Lee Mills, his son, Marvin Leigh(Lora) Mills, his daughter, Jowanna (Mills) Lunsford, Stepdaughter, Davona Hake, stepson Scott (Michelle) Hake and his stepdaughter Holly (Mike) Baker, his son Timothy Edward Mills who preceded him in death. He leaves his brother, Donald (Jackie) Mills, his sister Doris Johnson and his brother Roy (Cathy) Mills Jr. as well as 17 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren who he loved dearly. He was born in Barbourville, Kentucky the son of Lanley (Broughton) and Roy Mills Sr. he was a life-long resident of Hamilton, Ohio. His parents preceded him in death. At the age of 15, Mr. Mills began his life-long passion for more than five decades in the food service industry. He took great pride in getting to know and pleasing his customers while building their trust. During his successful career, he worked for Eaton Manor, Iron Horse Inn, ARA Services and Woodhaven at Sysco Foods. He later retired from Frank Catanzaro Sons and Daughters, Inc. after soaring in sales and receiving recognition as the cover story for ID Sales Pro as their National Accounts Manager. He had great passion for motorcycles and took great pride in the Harley-Davidson Ultra Classic he received as a retirement gift from Catanzaro and Co. He will be greatly missed by those who loved him. Funeral service will be 2:30 pm Friday at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Burial Park.
