Andrew "Andy" J. Payne, 32, of Caldwell, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 12, 2006 in Boise after a courageous fight with cancer that was diagnosed 10 months ago. Visitation will be 2-5 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 14, 2006 and funeral services 1 p.m. Friday, at Alsip & Persons Funeral Chapel, 404 10th Ave South, Nampa 466-3545. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Caldwell. Andy was born Jan. 3, 1974 in Nampa to William J. and Gloria (Dawson) Payne. He graduated from Kuna High School in 1992 and married Tiffany Rice in Caldwell, Idaho on Nov. 15, 2002. Andy was owner/operator of ABC Well Drilling and Pump, Inc. He loved team roping and was a member of USTRC, Idaho Ground Water Association and National Ground Water Association. He was a good father, responsible provider and a great friend who would do anything for anyone. Andy is survived by his wife Tiffany C. Rice Payne, daughter Brooke C. Payne and son Clay W. Payne all of Caldwell; sister and her husband Cheryl A. and Rob Berheim and their daughter Megan of Kuna; brothers Craig A. Payne and Randy J. Payne both of Kuna; parents William and Gloria Payne of Kuna and grandmother Edna Payne of Kuna. He was also survived by many loving friends.
