She was born to Francis and Virgena Brown Williamson on September 13, 1946 in Ogden, Utah. She was raised in Ogden and graduated from Bonneville High School in 1964 and then Stevens Henager College.
She began her career at the Defense Depot of Ogden in Logistics where she retired after 43 years. After one year of retirement, she went to work for General Atomics where she was currently still working.
She married Richard Lewis Dailey and together they had two children and later divorced. She married Michael T. Murphy and together they had one child and later divorced. In 1976 she found the love of her life, James S. Hyatt, and they have been together for the last 40 years.
Patsy had a passion for gardening, dance, and animals, especially dogs.
Patsy is survived by James S. Hyatt; children: Troy (Joan) Dailey, Traci Shaw (Brendon Stegen), and Clifford Todd (Robyn) Murphy; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; and brothers, Rodney (Pam) Schaffer and Thomas (Leslie) Williamson.
She was preceded in death by her father and mother; sisters, Elaine and Sharon; and 26 fur babies.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 24, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd. Friends may visit with family on Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the mortuary.
Interment, Lindquist’s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd.
