20, 2003 at Davilla Cemetery with Tony Hargrove officiating. She died Friday Jan
17, 2003 at a Bartlett nursing home. Glendia Mae Bunker was born Dec 6, 1908 in
Academy to Robert Smith and Mary Wohleb Smith. She was a homemaker and a member
of Little River United Methodist Church and the Easter Star. She married Robert
E Bunker and had lived her lifetime in this area. She was preceded in death by
her husband, Robert E Bunker, on July 9, 1997; her parents; one son, Capt W R
Bunker III; on brother; and two sisters. Survivors include one son, Robert "Bob"
Bunker Jr of Holland; a daughter-in-law, Barbara Burns of Bartlett; two
grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and one sister, Louise Herndon of
Abilene. Goodnight Funeral Home was in charge.
