Dr. WILLIAM BOOTH, who died November 13 in Canyon City, Colorado, will be buried in Rose Hill Cemetery on Monday, November 21. The body of his wife, who died about a year ago, will be brought along with that of Dr. Booth for interment with her husband. The two bodies will be accompanied by their two daughters, Mrs. Elizabeth and Miss Maria Booth.

Dr. Booth was a native of Washington County and went to Colorado to live about 40 years ago. His parents were John and Elizabeth Schnebly Booth of Delemere. His great-grandfather was the Rev. Bartholmew Booth of the Church of England, who during the war of the Revolution conducted a boy's school at "Delemere" on the Antietam Creet, near Breathed's station on the B&O Railroad. Henry Booth, Lord Delemere, was also an ancestor of Dr. Booth.

Dr. Booth was in this 87th year. As a very young man he entered the Confederate Army as a surgeon in the war between the States, and after the war he practiced his profession in Washington county, for may years at Williamsport.

He married Miss Anna, daughter of Judge George French of Hagerstown, and they had four children, two of whom survive: Mrs. Elizabeth Cone, wife of Rev. W.O. Cone of Goldsboro, NC; and Miss Maria Booth, who lived with her parents. Dr. Booth is survived by four sisters, Mrs. Z.T. Brown, Denver, Co.; Mrs. D.H. Staley, Delemere, this county; Mrs. Charles Harris, Blue Ridge Summit; and Mrs. Amos Bannister, Beaver Falls, Pa.
