She was first married to Christopher Phenis 16 April 1852 in Indiana. He died 24 January 1862 and she married Leonidas Brannen 22 May 1873 in Toledo, Tama County, Iowa. I've seen her first name also spelled Laticia.

Indiana Marriage records show Christopher Phenis, son of Solomon Phenis & Elizabeth Hammond, married Latitia/Lutitia Bailey, daughter of John Bailey & Elizabeth Haworth, 16 Apr 1852 in Hamilton County, IN. According to family records Christopher died 24 Jan 1862. The following appear to be Christopher & Lutitia' children taken from census & family records:

~ Zeno R. Phenis
~ Charles Phenis
~ Elwood David Phenis
~ Perry Alva "Alvin" Phenis
~ William Phenis.

According to Iowa Marriage Records, Lutitia Phenis married Leonidas H. Brannen 22 May 1873 in Toledo, Tama County, Iowa.

Tama, Iowa's Oak Hill Cemetery plat book, as well as index cards kept at City Clerk's office, does not give grave #'s for the following people recorded for Lot 57 owned by L.H. Brannen:
