She married John Seabrook Ackley (1835-1902) in 1867. They lived on the Old Ackley Homestead, on Broadway Road, that had been founded by John's father Ira. John was one of the most successful farmers in Cattaraugus County. John and Alzina had six children:

Clarence Crandall Ackley (1876-1967)
Archie Leo Ackley (1880-1966)
Mabel E. Ackley (1883-1982)
Mildred M. Ackley (1886-unk)
Alzina died in 1936 and is buried, with her husband John, in the Pine Hill Cemetery outside of Gowanda.
