Carrie L. (nee Bell) Clark, 47, of Monroe, WI passed away September 9, 2016 at the University of Wisconsin Hospital. She was born in Freeport on August 12, 1969. Carrie was a registered nurse with Agrace Hospice Care in Madison, WI where she healed and touched many lives. She was a 1987 graduate of Prairie High School in Gowry, IA and Highland Community College School of Nursing. Known as a very outgoing person Carrie enjoyed music, the Chicago Bears, spending time with family and friends and traveling to the Wisconsin Dells and Disney World. Her two sons meant the world to her, and her infectious laugh brought a smile to everyone she met. Celebration of life September 15, 2016 at the Eagles Club in Freeport. Interment at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Burke-Tubbs Funeral Home in Freeport.
