MR. CARLTON MELBOURNE DUNCAN, age 63 of PATERSON, NJ born June 21, 1942 in St.MARY JAMAICA, West Indies died Wednesday September 14, 2005 at home. HE RESIDED IN Paterson SINCE 1982. MR. DUNCAN or Mr. "D" as he was called was employed by The NORTH JERSEY DEVELOPMENTAL CENTER of TOTOWA, NJ as a crew supervisor FOR 19 YRS. HE ATTENDED THE LIGHTHOUSE DELIVERANCE CHURCH OF GOD of PATERSON, NJ. He was a great lover of music and could be heard calling in on any radio station. All the the DJ's in the area knew and loved him.
