Services to celebrate his life will be held 11 a.m. on Thursday, January 3, at Hanes Lineberry Sedgefield Chapel. Interment services will be private.
Chris was born in Newport, Ark., the son of Clarence E. and Ruth Holbrook Brewer. He worked as a Planning Engineer with AT&T Technologies. In this position, Chris also worked in Europe and the US. He retired after 26 years of service.
Chris is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Jeutonne P. Brewer and two sisters, Dorothy Shy of Oran, Mo. and Vivian Brewer of Attalla, Ala.
