Heflin - Tammy Annette Creel Campbell, 41, died Saturday, September 3, 2016 at Stringfellow Hospital.

Tammy was born Oct. 16, 1974 in Carrollton, Ga. the daughter of Travis and Glenda Lipham Creel. Tammy was a lifelong resident of Cleburne County and member of Liberty Hill Congregational Methodist Church, Heflin, AL. She loved music and singing in the church. Tammy was a graduate of Ranburne High School, Southern Union, Auburn University, and Jacksonville State. She taught Elementary School for several years in the Cleburne County School System. Tammy was also a counselor at Ranburne Elementary School.

Tammy was preceded in death by her father, Travis Creel.

Survivors include her husband; a daughter; a son; her mother and step-father; a brother and sister-in-law; and a nephew.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, September 6, 2016, at Liberty Hill Methodist Church with the Rev. Gary Cox and Rev. Ronald Berry, officiating.

Burial will follow in Liberty Hill Cemetery.

Visitation will be Tuesday, September 6, 2016 from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Liberty Hill Methodist Church.
