Tracy Chancey McNeil passed away in Marion, Utah, Aug 29, 2016. He was born on July 24, 1957 to Elmer & Jean (Carpenter) McNeil in Heber City, Utah.

He attended and graduated from South Summit High School. He married Kellie Saxton. They later divorced.

Tracy loved to draw pictures using any medium-paint, pencils, crayons etc. He liked landscapes, architecture and gardening. He worked in the construction trade and was a talented mechanic. He enjoyed working on and repairing cars. He had a kind heart and enjoyed helping people.

Survived by his children: Sons: Chancey T. (Mary) McNeil, of Saratoga Springs; Riley of Wyoming; and his daughters: Chelsie (Josh) of California; and Wendy of Salt Lake City. Brothers: Brad McNeil and Jeff (Judy) McNeil , both of West Jordan, Utah; He is survived by 9 grandchildren and hosts of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Ron.

A graveside service will be held in the Francis Cemetery, Francis, Utah at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 6, 2016, under the direction of Crandall Funeral Home.
