Our sweet mother, grandmother, sister and friend was reunited with her eternal sweetheart on August 26, 2016. She passed away peacefully after battling a chronic lung disease. Marilyn was born February 14, 1937 to Alfred and Jeanette Ball in Salt Lake City, Utah. She graduated from South High and married the love of her life, Jay Lamar Fullmer, June 13, 1958 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She was his biggest supporter. They were blessed with seven children. Her family was her greatest joy. She was a very hard worker but being a great mom was her top priority.
Marilyn was an active member of the LDS Church and held many callings including Relief Society and Young Women President. She served for many years as a temple worker in the Jordan River Temple as well as fulfilling a service mission with her husband. One of Marilyn's greatest attributes was making everyone she came in contact with feel special.
She is survived by her children, Shellie Crowther (Allan), Shareen Neff (Scott), Kevin, Chet (Kim), Cody (Jessica), 25 grandchildren and 38 great grandchildren. Glen Ballard (Son-in-law), Brenda Fullmer (Daughter-in-law). Her sisters Bonnie Anderson and Peggy Jackson, Sisters-in law Nedra Fullmer and Karen Fullmer.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Jay, daughter Tammy, son Shane and her parents.
