Amos Dycus, Jr., age 80, of Princeton, KY, passed away at 7:00 pm Wednesday, August 24, 2016 at his home.

Mr. Dycus was a retired Iron Worker from Local #395 for 32 years. He was a member of Southside Baptist Church, Rizpah Shriners Temple 32 Degree and a 60 year member of the Clinton Masonic Lodge #82.

He is survived by two daughters, Diane Koscho and husband Ed of Princeton, KY, Joanne Haddock and husband Gary of Hopkinsville, KY; one sister, Lavern King of Princeton, KY; two brothers, Jimmie Don Dycus and wife Mary Lucy of Chesterton, IN, Teddy Dycus and wife Dianna of Chesterton, IN; four grandchildren, Tara Ladd and husband Lee, Jimmy Koscho, Rebecca Boggess and husband Jason, Jonathon Haddock and wife Holley; ten great-grandchildren, Jordan, Kaylee and Ashlee Ladd, Emma and Hadley Koscho, Jordan, Chase and Caroline Boggess, Preston and Brookelynn Haddock.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 56 years, Juanita Sue Dillingham Dycus; four sisters, Dorothy Holt, Mary Guess, Louise Crouse and Josephine Johnson; one brother, Orlendar Dycus; parents, Amos Dycus, Sr. and Pearl Yates Dycus.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, August 27, 2016 at Morgan's Funeral Home with Rev. Ronnie Sivells, Rev. Darrell Crawford and Chase Mitchell officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Morgan's Funeral Home Friday, August 26, 2016. A Masonic Service will be held at 7:30 pm Friday, August 26, 2016 at Morgan's Funeral Home.
