Brunson-Mrs Henrietta Combs Newsome, 84, widow of Robert Boyce Newsome, died Thursday in the Allendale County Nursing Home.
She was born in Wilkes County, Ga, a daughter of the late Charles E and Lucy Garrand Reynolds Combs.
Surviving are two sons, Robert B Newsome of Hastings, Fla, and William E Newsome of Immokalee, Fla; four daughters, Mrs E L Sherman (Lillian Newsome Sherman) of Augusta, Miss Evelyn H Newsome of Brunson, Mrs J W Tyler (Amaryllis Newsome Tyler) and Mrs W B Oswald (Anne Newsome Oswald) of Allendale; seven grandchildren, three great grandchildren and a great great grandchild.
Services will be 11 am today in the Brunson Cemetery. Smith Memorial Funeral Home is in charge.
