Joseph was baptized in les Charles des Mines in 1694, at the age of 6, per S. White. He married Jeanne-Francoise Comeau on 27 July 1712, in Grand-Pré, Acadie. They are the parents of at least the following:
1) Marie (1714-) md Pierre Saulnier
2) Antoine (1725-1819) md (a) Marie-Josephte Leblanc, (b) Francoise Leblanc, and (c) Marie-Josephte Brault
3) Anne (1727-1798) md Olivier Dupuis

He and his wife were deported from Grand-Pré in 1755. It's unclear if he died at sea or at the end of the voyage, but his wife is listed as a widow when she died. We know he didn't die in Grand-Pré, since there is no burial record.

Note: Joseph Boudreau is the son of Claude Boudreau and Anne-Marie Thibodeau
