Funeral services were conducted by Rev. W. M. Joslin at the Baptist church for mrs. A. Andrews Tuesday afternoon. Mrs. Andrews, about 60, has been a resident of Shackelford county for more than 25 years. Stricken with apoplexy ten days ago at ther home ten miles nort of here in the Diller-Griffin community. Mrs Andrews died at 9 A.m. Monday in the Stamford hospital. She was taken there for treatment the day she became ill, but her condition was grave from the start and no hope was held for her recovery.
Mr. Andrews, a well known stock farmer and rancher of this are, is a Shackelford county commissioner.
